Cancellation Policy
At BeautyOverEverything LLC, your appointment is reserved especially for you. To ensure the highest quality experience for every client, we ask that you review and respect the following policies:
✨ Respect & Quality Commitment
We are passionate about delivering top-tier service and creating a positive, respectful space. We kindly ask that you honor your service provider’s time and the time allocated for your appointment. This helps us maintain the high standards and personalized care we pride ourselves on—for you and every client we serve.
🚫 Guests & Children
Appointments are a private and professional experience. For the comfort and safety of everyone, no additional guests or children are permitted—unless the child is the scheduled client, in which case only one parent or guardian may accompany them.
📆 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens, and we understand! Please provide at least 24 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
• For appointments booked within 24 hours, you must cancel at least 8 hours prior to avoid the 50% fee.
💸 Deposits & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service.
• If we must reschedule on our end, your deposit will carry over to your new appointment.
• Remaining balances are due at the time of service via Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo.
🚷 No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and will be blocked from future bookings until the balance is paid.
⏰ Lateness Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a no-show, resulting in the full service charge. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to stay on schedule and respect all our clients’ time.
📲 Appointment Confirmations
All appointments must be confirmed by the day prior. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled to make space for others.
💳 Booking Requirements
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
