🖤 Policies & Studio Etiquette At BeautyOverEverything LLC, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a calm, intentional, and high-quality experience, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following studio policies. ✨ Respect & Experience Standard We are committed to providing elevated, detail-focused services in a peaceful environment. To preserve this experience for every guest, we ask that you respect your service provider’s time and the scheduled appointment duration. This allows us to continue offering the level of care, attention, and consistency that each client deserves. 🚫 Guests & Children To maintain a serene and focused environment, appointments are reserved for clients only. Additional guests and children are not permitted unless the child is the scheduled client and accompanied by one parent or guardian. 📆 Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 business hours’ notice. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the reserved service amount. • Appointments booked within 24 hours require at least 8 hours’ notice to avoid the 50% fee. 💸 Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled by BeautyOverEverything LLC, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Remaining balances are due at the time of service via Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo. 🚷 No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and may result in restricted future booking privileges until the balance is resolved. ⏰ Late Arrivals To honor the time of all guests, we allow a 10 - minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this window may require rescheduling and will be treated as a no-show, resulting in full service charges. 📲 Appointment Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed by the day prior to service. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to accommodate other clients. 💳 Booking Requirement A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. 🤍 Closing Statement We appreciate your trust in BeautyOverEverything LLC.
